After studying economics at the University of Cologne, Jochen Trockle worked for twelve years in the pharmaceutical industry. In his last salaried position, he headed the human resources and organisation departments of a research-based pharmaceutical company in North Rhine-Westphalia for eight years.

As the founder and owner of TROCKLE, he is responsible for the management, positioning and further development of the company.

Mr. Trockle works on projects in the fields of executive search, strategy and organisational consulting, and human resources consulting for both long-term and new clients.

In the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, medical technology, health industry and other selected industries, he has an excellent network, extensive market expertise and a deep understanding of operational functional areas.
