Dr. Yvonne Ventur is a Senior Partner at TROCKLE with a focus on management and personnel consulting for the in-vitro diagnostics, laboratory medicine and MedTech segments.
Due to many years of responsibility in different leadership and management positions, Dr. Ventur has a wide range of operational and strategic management experience in the areas of marketing and sales,
business development, R&D and production as well as scientific liaison management.
Among her areas of expertise in newly formed companies are several projects to set up or expand organizations in marketing and sales as well as in development and production. In addition, she has successfully managed and implemented numerous recruiting projects.
Her high degree of customer orientation and adequate communication are pre-requisites to establish contacts and to form trusting, long-term business relationships through reliability and strong commitments.
Dr. Ventur studied biology and chemistry at the Ruhr University in Bochum and completed her doctorate at the Max Planck Institute in Mülheim a. d. Ruhr.
