For our client, an emerging, innovative and well differentiated company in the field of robotic surgery we are looking for a

 

Clinical Training Manager (m/f/d) Medical Devices - Lausanne / Montreux Area

 

Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Buildup, lead and manage all activities related to development and management of clinical training programs for external and internal stakeholder (i.e. surgeons, surgical teams, nurses, sales, clinical experts)
• Conceptualize, implement and manage clinical training curriculum and certification process
• Improve training manuals, present in-person training sessions or organize remote trainings sessions
• Monitor training for effectiveness, assess training efficacy and establish a qualification as well as certification process
• Liaise•and network with surgical societies, training sites at hospitals, online training communities and independent education sites to collaborate on robotic training programs

 

Requirements:

Training background leading towards the position; several years of experience in creating and managing clinical educational programs within the medical device industry; fluent in English; excellent communication and people skills; entrepreneurial, adaptable and well organized within a dynamic, growing environment.
